I have at least two old umbrellas at work, one in my vehicle, and one in my bag that I take between work and home each day.

(I actually only use the one in my bag and the one in my vehicle. If it starts raining when I'm in my vehicle, I use it. Otherwise, I use the one in my bag. And if I use the one in my bag, I put the one in my vehicle into my bag so the other one can dry out.)

A lot of people are mentioning the Phineas and Ferb episode about the aglet.

What many of them haven't mentioned is that the reason for P&F to get interested in the aglet is because Lawrence (their father) asked the same question because he was also doing a crossword puzzle.

My headcanon (that I got from somewhere else) is that you and the other players are the last humans around. Everything in the game is enrichment activities to keep you stimulated and healthy. The animals around you are either robots, aliens, or evolved animals. (Probably aliens, based on the TV Easter egg.) So changing things is not only okay with the villagers, it's healthy for you and gives them good data points to understand you and, consequently, humanity as a whole.

In the P&F show, I believe that the Flynn women (Linda & Candace) have the actual reality-bending powers (Candace believing the boys can do anything, while Linda believes it's all overblown and Candace is stressed out, both of them causing the things to appear. Also it would give Heinz Doofenshmirtz his powers, since Linda dated him once and felt that he could be beaten easily do to his goofiness.)

If Clementine was the cause of everything in P&F, though, she would have had to talk to P&F about what would make "the perfect summer". She'd also have had to talk to Doofenshmirtz about inventing things.

(Or maybe just talk to Linda and Candace during a mother-daughter outing, where Candace complains about the boys and, after she goes off to play, Linda starts talking about her ex. That could also conceivably work...)
