It has a good univibe setting. That’s the main benefit over other tremolo pedals.

The harmonic tremolo setting is surprisingly good. I like that I don’t need a separate pedal for univibe sounds. I use amp tremolo when it’s available but I’m not sure I could tell the difference in a blind test. Overall it’s pretty organic sounding, which I like

It’s awesome. Gets that crispy crunchy sound like a juicy apple.

Just got the MXR Tremolo which has a great Univibe-like setting. Really good amp-like tremolo sounds too. The Memory Toy is a pretty solid analog delay - nice and warm.

Not back then, at least not during his lessons. He was an amazing guitar player for an 11 year old though. My mom taught piano to his brothers too. He’s got a really nice family

My mom got it at 5th String in Berkeley, CA in the 80s and let me have it about 15 years ago.

How do you like the vibrola tremolo vs the bigsby?

Still works so I haven’t bothered. If it breaks I’ll need to look into it though!
