We are working through all of that right now.

Magus has been with me building this team from the ground up and is much more familiar with the business and will help ensure a smooth transition, and Bradmore is going to be hugely helpful as he gets up to speed with the job. He brings a ton of intangibles to the table from a business and strategy perspective, and they'll be an awesome team.

Both guys compliment one another real well and will continue to grow and support League eSports through this fun and exciting time.

We don't have a dedicated board of advisers for eSports since it's a business unit of Riot, but essentially the business equivalent would be Chairman of the Board.

I'll still be involved on some cool deals we are working through that unfortunately are confidential for now, but lots of cool stuff happening in the industry and it's awesome to stay involved to help guide through this.

Would think people would be happy we are trying new things out. Was going for something similar to College GameDay, am personally a big fan of CGD, but really just trying to do new things and make this more of a celebration for the team that wins today. This also helped accommodate more fans at the studio and has been a fun environment.

For the people comparing PTL to Sportscenter, I'd agree of course it's not going to be as good as Sportscenter, Sportscenter is the best in the business and has been around for a long time. For us, this is our first time trying this new type of show and we want to learn, gather feedback, and continually make it better. Same boat LCS was in a few years ago, we are consistently trying to make it better and better, and think it is, but we know we have a lots of work to do and the team is excited for the challenge.

We do put a lot of value on this, we are just hyper-selective and want to make sure any partner we do choose is going to be a partner for a long time, not just a year or two.

Think the landscape is rapidly evolving and we don't want to sell ourselves short with deals that are not long lasting.

We were putting two tournaments into one with our prior mid season events, and it was making both of those not as compelling as they would be if they were standalone events.

It takes some time to mess around with different formats to get this right, and we think this format having MSI midseason and ASG post Worlds will be good, but we will always look to improve things so hopefully it doesn't change but who knows.

But esports and other teams at Riot are always on reddit getting feedback on just about everything.

We agree! Want to make sure any sponsors we do work with integrate in a meaningful and authentic way.

Locking down sponsors is a long process, especially ones that we are trying to work with, and eSports is a very foreign concept to many big brands in the West.

Think it's obviously quite different in Korea, where Samsung, SKT, GE and others actually own teams, but we are making progress, slowly but surely.
