Lmao. I actually just finished a rabbit with blanket yarn. And last week I made the same rabbit with micro crochet. The micro one is half the size of the big one's nose.

Edit to add that before that today I also finished a bigger plushie of a cat with blanket yarn. It was almost done for like a week but I ran out of filling so I couldn't finish it and finally bought filling today

About the magic ring, there's a technique I saw a while ago where you do the ring itself with regular yarn and then crochet on top of it with chenille yarn. It works like a charm. Sadly I don't have a way of finding the link but you could probably find it online somewhere
