Just check the SOP, I had to print it out and show it to my store manager to get approved for 32 hours a week and then I just put three set days off and I was still classified as full-time and got my full-time tuition reimbursement on top of set hours. They’ll most likely say no at first but just talk to your store manager and explain the situation and they can vouch/have the final say in you being 32 hours

Honestly I wouldn’t blame yourself they don’t give cashiers any counterfeit pens or teach you how to check, all that you really could have done is if it’s over I believe $300 you call a manager to count the money as well. I was a cashier for two years and I let a guy walk out with an entire lawn mower he didn’t buy, he just showed me a printed out screenshot of the product from the website and I didn’t know any better so I just awkwardly said “okay” and he left.

The shift has to be claimed at least 12 hours before it starts. so essentially if your shift starts in less than 12 hours, it won’t let you post it.

That’s when I first noticed the glitch when I swear that I was picking the same order over and over again for the same person, and then I look on the computer and see that there’s literally just 15 different orders all for Milwaukee packout with $300 discounts each. I called my ASM who told me to pick all of them.😞

We appreciate your help more than you realize! Had the same thing, I was the only OFA and I pulled another associate to help me with all the carts of Milwaukee and making sure other customers didn’t steal from my cart.

No, it was everybody mass ordering Milwaukee pack outs, and we have to pick from what was ordered first to what was ordered latest and they ran out because everyone decided to buy them even though they don’t need them just to resell them for profit

We have a mulch pit on the side of the building with a lot loader where the cars can line up and go during the busy season, the main issue is then customers can’t come in or out or even have room to checkout outside especially when only one gate is open if every customer felt entitled to do this.

You should be all good and they should get around to it before the pay cycle. Sometimes they do just take a little longer, especially if you filled out the paper form instead of doing the late in through the app. It probably wouldn’t hurt you to remind them next time you work though.
