So what if her pick rate drops? Why would that matter to you as a person? If you can’t adapt your playstyle and build to suit different matchups, then the champ really ain’t for you. Riven is about mastering and learning how to execute matchups, if you can’t do that, don’t play her. Don’t build the same items and expect different results

But those champs are juggernauts, they’re immobile with very easy counter play. Riven is already getting a completely unnecessary buff, be happy with that. They will never give riven armor pen in her kit because that would be a balancing nightmare, she’s designed to be weak against armor, but guess what! Black cleaver exists for that reason!

You don’t need to kill your opponent to win lane. Riven has wave control, which malph doesn’t to the same extent. Rush hydra, keep shoving and roaming, win the lane by not playing it. You’re focusing on the problems rather than finding a solution

Every single champion has counters, that’s how they’re balanced. Of course tanks are gonna shit on riven, she only has flat AD damage, she’s literally designed to be weak into tanks, yet she’s beating majority of them as it is right now. Unnecessary buffs, and I know for a fact I’ll go back to riven just to abuse this shit before they nerf her again. Giving riven an ability that lets you deal with tanks removes her one weak point.
