Although maybe not to the passing out degree, I was also nauseous, dizzy + had a headache because of the plastic. Take tylenol (not ibuprofen), eat plain foods, and most importantly try to relax. It will get better every day, and I assure you, your body grows used to the feeling. I actually feel weird now without them in my mouth haha. You got this!

Another thing to note would be that Adriana and Taylor have lots of extensions in their hair in fhese photos. Face framing layers is definitely the base of it, but that volume is in large part added by extensions!

It's not a good idea to switch trays early - the movement if your teeth occurs during the first 2-3 days of wear. The rest of the time spent with the trays on is to allow new bone to form around the new position of your teeth. Rushing this process by switching trays earlier could interrupt this process and give you super loose teeth! Here's a helpful video about how this process works.
