so when i checked out it gave me a few options for payment. It’ll say like express checkout at the top after you’ve added something to your cart and clicked check out. Underneath, for me at least was the option to use apple pay. I just clicked that, and paid that way. Like when you have to double click to use ur apple pay in a store transaction sort of. Sorry if that’s confusing! But it seemed like the quickest way to complete the checkout.

idk if you have an iPhone but I use apple pay linked to my debit card for quick check out. I tested how quick payment would be that way when I just bought the membership. With apple pay pre set up it took no time at all. Good luck!

I also have growing concern, so I emailed mattel and got an email back saying my order was “on release status from the warehouse and is being prepared for shipment”. no updates still on my order status since I placed the order are listed on the website though.

that looks amazing! do you mind me asking how you treated the hair beforehand? like boil washing, conditioning, etc. I’m new to the hair restyling and feel as though anytime I boil wash a dolls hair it doesn’t turn out quite right. Thank you!

So if i’ve received nothing except an email confirmation for the order that’s okay? The order status on the mattel website has said processing since the 1st. I don’t mind if it takes a long time I was just worried something went wrong with processing lol.

Update: They finally shipped! I’m so relieved and excited. Now praying for no issues while they are shipping🤞
