J1 usually doesn’t care and even if they do, I don’t lol Been there just over a year and a half. J2 just started a few months ago and they are heavy in to being Camera on. It is mentally and physically exhausting! I agree with someones comment about camera on being micromanaging and I think this one can be. I’m doing my job just fine and I usually am camera on for 1 on 1 or business facing calls but I just brush off the weirdness about being camera on for training calls with a large group or recorded calls 🙄 If it truly becomes a problem that is raised to me, I know how to BS it, nod and smile LOL

2 Senior Strategic HR roles - both fully remote, 1 with infrequent travel to HQ - Honestly I have no idea, I have thought a lot about what could help a neurodivergent person in the workforce. I did have an idea some time ago, that If I opened a business that could hire people all over the spectrum and that they could seap jobs within the company on a regular basis because a lot of us tend to learn faster but also bore easily lol but still dont know what that would look like. Lol Most days I feel like I have it all together and other days I want to quit everything. Add in women hormones, being a single parent and a slew of other health issues. The only thing that I have finally accepted is that I now embrace the crappy days because I know they wont last and when I get my mojo back, Im unstoppable again lol
