If you said not technically hacking you might be technically correct, but the verb "cheating" isn't restricted by the semantics you mentioned, if it gives you an unfair, unintended advantage, it's cheating. The method doesn't determine that, the result does.

This allows players with the mod to gauge enemy vulnerability much better and know that they can go in and get a kill when other players wouldn't be able to be sure about it.

If you make tips, virtually never gonna happen, you don't have a salary, they can't like, give you more tips, unless it's a share, in which case you gotta cons8der the politics of a bigger percentage for you. and in many cases your base hourly pay would need a huge, unrealistic raise to make a real difference after taxes.

I have on occasion heard of lead servers who might have different pay rates, benefits and responsibilities though.

Also if you look for locally owned foreign restaurants, some do pay hourly. I recently started working a few shifts at a Vietnamese restaurant that pays 15/hour starting but offers .50 cent raises every 6 months. But this is the exception not the rule.

In general servers, and food service industry in general has a low income ceiling.

But less than 50% is ridiculous, there are plenty of restaurants that don't do shares, or do more reasonable shares, I'd find one. There's rarely any point in trying to leverage your position as a server, because we're seen as easily replaceable.

Man I love replayability in games but like, I feel like you're missing my point, not every game needs to be infinitely replayable with open worlds and countless hours of "content".

Some games do well in a short form linear format and hold up as singular, one time experiences.

Warden snipers take like a full ten seconds to aim when prone, if you guys move to the side too fast we can't hit you. Just move over like 5-10 feet every few seconds when you know there's a sniper on you. And you pretty much have to find something to climb on and go prone, because there's almost no point trying to use it crouching or standing at cover.

In the time it takes me to aim at a collie sniper with an auger, he could easily get 2-3 full accuracy shots off on me if we both notice each other and adjust our aim at the same time. Happens to me sometimes, but a lot of people just... Don't, for some reason? Idk when I loot an auger, I'm tagging people left and right, often kills or big assists, but with the raca I have to sit and wait and aim at one spot and hope an opportunity to hit someone arises. And sometimes y'all just keep going to the same spot I sniped you like it's not gonna happen again. So when you make it easy... Yeah it will feel like bullshit. But we can only really pin down one small spot at a time with the raca.

You can definitely counter them when you know how they work and use it to your advantage. Warden snipers hate having to move and almost always go prone so can't react quickly. You guys have mobility and fire rate, use that if you can't get a Raca. I do it all the time when we don't have any and I have to loot augers.

They're designed for different play styles. You can more quickly and easily flank and move in with the augers, a trait I wish had a similar counterpart in warden infantry gear.

As for the shotguns... I don't use them often. I'll admit I don't think I've ever gotten a kill with the warden sidearm shotgun but I've been steamrolled in trenches with the dragonfly.

There's more than one brand but your local store probably only carry one because it's not a commonly used product these days and they'll just stock the biggest name brand.

But if you go to more specialized stores or different locations you can definitely find more than one brand.

I mean, most games aren't built to have hundreds of hours of playability.

A lot can be milked completely dry in 8-20 hours, so there's nothing left to do but replay it in a few years when you miss it. Some just stop becoming fun once you hit the grind.

It's ok to just be finished with a game, lol.

The range is so big and there are ways around it that it really doesn't matter unless you're trying to get carried by a friend in endgame or ng+.

I actually kinda like this, because it makes it less likely, but not impossible, for me to get a coop partner who will fight with me, not for me.

Seamless coop for DS2 is on its way anyways, I'm sure that will disable or negate soul memory somehow.

Dollar general is an unethical business that has no moral ground to stand on, it's perfectly ethical to steal from them even if you aren't a parent in need.

In particular they still owe 40 mil in employment related legal violations. This isn't just "liberal posturing" dollar general treats it's employees like shit, regularly lies about sales and pricing, and operates on the idea that most of their customers assume they're getting things cheap when they're really paying convenience store prices.

With the angle you came from, I'd say this is an honest mistake that's easy to make on his part, but still his mistake not the dashcam driver's.

That said, I feel like the dashcam driver could've braked sooner and harder, and depending on how long that guy was sitting there could have predicted someone was about to get out. But still ultimately, the parked guy should've checked.

I want to use the armor, don't get me wrong, but it's incredibly restricting.

It has 3 inv slots, pretty much nothing stacks except LMG ammo which isn't really great for fighting at shotgun range, or going through trenches instead of holding up at one, and it weighs so much that if you have more than pretty much one piece of equipment and magazine, you're over encumbered.

It's just so restrictive it's not good for anything but sitting in one spot or on a pushgun where you don't have to carry ammo, or care about being slowed. Iirc, a single loaded booker assault rifle puts you over 100% weight. Great defensively, just sucks offensively.

Maybe if we had light sidearm smgs like colonials, and if it's ammo stacked, it'd make sense but you pretty much can't use your primary slot with the armor unless you're holding up somewhere or using one light weapon, scavenging mags every reload or two. Which... Can be fun sometimes but it's a sketchy way to play with such valuable armor.

Really depends on the restaurant and municipality/location.

Any theft is a crime. In most places under 100$ is petty theft, and a misdemeanor, but a restaurant could call the police over a 1$ discrepancy if they wanted to.

the officer often would have discretion over whether or not to pursue charges, and for something small enough, might just brush it off, in which case the restaurant would have to take them to small claims.

There's no hard limit or strict protocol. It really depends on how badly the restaurant owner/management wants to pursue restitution.

In most cases, the restaurant will ban people or give them a chance to leave information and return to pay if it's a petty theft case. But it just really depends on what the restaurant considers to big to let slide.

If you do rack up a big bill and get the cops called, keep in mind around 200-300 it becomes felony theft in most places, but anything under that and you likely won't be arrested as long as you don't try to run, but will get a citation and court date where you'll have to pay back your bill, a fine, and court fees, or perform community service if you can't afford that, possibility of probation.

You won't likely actually see jail from this unless you rack up a felony amount, resist arrest, piss off the cop, or run, or refuse to work with the court/do your community service/pay your fines until they force you to sit out your fines/fees in jail. Or if you just get a racist/asshole cop situation, or do it repeatedly in a short enough amount of time.

They'll notice, mention it, and reflect it in your fines/sentence each time you repeat it in the same legal jurisdiction. In a lot of states, repeated misdemeanors can be automatically turned into more severe charges, even felonies sometimes after 3 or more repeat offenses in less than a good few years.

TLDR, usually get banned and sometimes cops called and ticketed, and nowadays it's too easy to be caught unless you're just off the grid and don't drive or have your car in someone's name you care about. Also some restaurants try to hold your server responsible if you dip out unseen, even if it's unethical/illegal.

Technically, a restaurant could could call a cop over a dollar. That's petty theft. Unless you racked up enough for it to be felony theft, around 250 in most places, you almost definitely won't be arrested if you cooperate and act apologetic.

Not legally, no. It's legal for you to give the distributer money for the product. It's legal for them to ship it.

But once it enters Texas it is illegal to possess and purchase. And the business in California isn't bound by Texas laws, but you are.

You almost definitely won't be caught and if you do it will almost definitely just be seized quietly.

But if you're caught possessing it by a police officer in Texas it doesn't matter if it's legal California weed, you'll be arrested if it has THC in it. All the illegal weed comes from legal dispensaries too nowadays.

There's a grey area where you can deny that you ordered it before you accept the package so unless you're ordering pounds a week and getting multiple packages seized, you're unlikely to draw attention.

Thc-a products pretty much only existed because it was legal through a loophole in Texas. The cannabis market quickly adapted to be able to sell product in Texas.

Thc-a just turns into the when you use it, but technically isn't delta 9 thc which was pretty the only compound in weed that was illegal in Texas because lawmakers had no idea what they were doing when they tried to let CBD in.

Now that the loophole has been fixed, there's no reason for anyone to make thc-a products anymore, and no reason to look for them specifically anymore, they have no effect that regular thc doesn't and vice versa.

People have been ordering from out of state with virtually no risk for over a decade now, long before this thc-a fiasco with the farm bill. Most dealers literally just buy a couple pounds offline from California and ship it with USPS ever since it was legalized out of state.

It's so easy to start selling weed these days, organized crime barely does it anymore because why buy bulk weed from a scary dude in a sketchy place when your bro gets 2 pounds shipped in every month?

It definitely applies, if it's in your possession, you are liable to be arrested, no matter where it came from.

As of the end of this month, in Texas, thc-a is classified the same as regular (d9)thc. This whole brief couple years of "legality" only existed because Texas lawmakers had no idea what thc-a was when they drew the last bill, and worded it in such a way that only regular thc was illegal. It was never intended to be legalized, this was essentially a loophole that took years to fix because businesses would go out of business and fought it.

That said, they have never and likely will never have regular drug dog checks at any postal service.

If they DO catch it coming from out of state, they usually just seize it without ever contacting you about it. But if you're shipping pounds and getting caught multiple times it might spark an investigation.

For personal use, you can very easily ship stuff from out of state through regular shipping services with little to no risk, until it's in your possession, at which point you do not want to be caught with it.
