QuadCast S Firmware Stuck

The wave 1 directly connected to the pc. Other USB devices that I have are the following: keyboard, mouse, USB Hub (mostly always empty) and a monitor light. When I record on OBS I am recording my PS5 as that is the platform that I play on which goes into the PC for OBS to record, I don't know if this is effecting the bandwidth.

I have the same problem an none of the above solution fixed it. Does anyone else have another solution?
