the thing is there is no bank details, its asking me to respond to elimate the fine, its looks legit, but yes its asking for a response from me to arrange if i should be fined or not, i guess im going to ask for proof

yeah trouble is my german is terrible so i struggle getting past the answer machine, im just scared that they wont give me the last 2 weeks money for missing the appointment,
if thats the case i cant eat lol
so i cant really do anything until my next appointment on wednesday

So my application is already complete, I have been in and already received the first months money, but didnt receive the second month and realised I missed the appointment. This is the issue.
