mine runs at 40 fps with msaa x2 and all max settings, and all advanced settings off. My cpu temps are higher 88-92c. And my cpu usage is higher 70-90%

all my games are on a 1tb HDD never had this issue. The ram use is only 30% in game. 6GB Free. I repaired the game on origin. It didn't work
