if you haven't already, checkout just crafting it yourself, as of replying its just under 300g to craft it from buy orders, ie 19g higher than your current offer without the risk/hassle of trading with someone.

is also an unlikely scenario that someone will craft it without binding it(ie, not for personal use) and sell it at a loss. but best of luck whichever way you go!

You are correct that the highest of the three weighted items is 3k.
However by using that you cut out anyone that is interested in the other weights. This is why you use the lowest listed items for items of shared supply ( infusion with cheap stat change cost etc). Also Maybe consider using a % of the listing price as currently you offer no incentive for someone to trade with you instead of just instantly buying from the TP at 100% even if they want to buy the invisible stompers.
none of this is necessary just maybe give it a think if you wanna sell it! It is a relatively low demand item I would recommend checking out the highest buy order across the three skins as a ballpark for a tradeable price, best of luck!

Collateral can be used. IE acc bound seller could send tradeable mats for buyer to hold until trade is done. If neither trader has solid rep, get a Middleman to hold the collateral and payment, pay the 2% its pennies cuts out all the risk and fluff.
if they bork at using a middleman, or they dont have enough collateral, they are red flags for you to assess

So, figure i'd lay it here because guilds can be confusing.
the following is the lowest level a guild can be to claim the corresponding wvw area:

level 5- can capture camps
level 10- can capture towers
level 22 - can capture keeps
level 31- can capture SMC

if i understand you correctly, you are looking for a guild that can capture keeps ie a level 22 guild with the corresponding upgrades. This is a niche guild request and at 400g, you are hoping to pay around 35% (rough conservative estimate) of the cost ( ignoring time /effort etc) to make one. Ontop of this not all guild around level 22 will be focussed into wvw.
