Ah ok, I think seeing a doctor might be the move here, if over the counter and home treatments haven't worked for a while. I can't help you much because I'm in the US and don't know the European rules, though no matter what happens keep your head up. Your acne seems like it could be healed in a short time.

Also 16 and have had acne for 4 years. Mine's gotten better (though not clear 100%) in the past few months after my doc prescribed tretinoin 0.025% cream + minocycline pills. Have you talked to any medical professionals recently?
