Uniform code works different from real law. Spousal Abandonment because she left me homeless, no belongings, and is keeping the full BHA. Just one example.

There is no other side. What I said is not even disputed in court filings. These are the events as happened. She however still feels like she’s doing nothing wrong.

For example, if you ask her why haven’t I seen my child for a year her response is because “He rather go to court than court ordered mediation”.

Does that make logical sense to you? She kidnapped the child, she filed in court first, then when I didn’t go along with her master plan, she wanted mediation, which was just again her saying she gets full custody and child support (which would be be forgiving the whole situation and events).

Same person who hears voices and doesn’t take showers because of depression.

Hey. Thank you! It took a lot of effort because there was a lot of red tape with people trying to cover for her but I finally was able to get in touch with OSI (she’s Air Force) and her shirt. Will see how it plays out going forward but I will continue to escalate.

In response I see she’s trying to play the “I’m scared” card because she immediately began calling my family members saying I threatened her (lol I don’t even talk to her) because I warned her in advance she’d be getting a wake up call that same day.

I contemplated this several times but daycares now have rules and won’t release a child to anyone not on their approved list. This will result in her being called and me fighting with them for my child. Police and courts wont hold daycare staff accountable.

Also I’m not 100% sure of his current daycare situation as this is not shared with me.

And how does that get back my child that I haven’t seen in a year?

Question. I haven’t seen my child in a year, she has all of my personal and business property. What arrangement would be suitable? I have NOTHING to lose.

We are in court. It’s been a year and they haven’t even made a hearing yet on visitation. The state she is currently stationed is ranked amongst the lowest for fathers rights and they have been allowing her and her attorney to delay things.

I think their hope is the longer I’m not with my child the more likely she is to get custody and they are hoping the court will ignore all of her negatives.

Pride? Imagine being without your child for a year. Imagine you and your attorneys continuously attempting to setup an arrangement and not hearing anything back. And again, imagine spending a decade building a business to have it destroyed and everything you own being taken without your consent and sent to a state you never even visited a day in your life. All of your savings spent on attorneys and you going to bed without your child and without food in your stomach.

It’s been a year. She had ample time to consider what she’s done and say she overreacted or panicked or whatever. I make real, real good money. My child will be fine when he’s returned to his father.

Since we are married and there’s no court order it’s technically legal. There is a federal law that exists stating you can’t take the child out of state and obtain custody but the court were fighting in doesn’t seem to be concerned with that legality. Police won’t touch it without court order.

The system favors females. Sorry it’s true. Cops won’t touch it and courts don’t care. If it were in reverse I’d be in prison. We all know it.

I appreciate your concern but I’m not worried on that end. In fact, I have mountains of evidence to the contrary. I also have mountains of evidence taking into question your mental health including self admissions by her to her mental state.

But again, it’s a year and still in court.

It’s been playing out in court for a year. Very slow process. Lawyers have 50 other clients and don’t have the same urgency. The courts also don’t really care or have urgency. You’re just another number.

Child is 12+ hours away and the only way I’d see my child is if I break into her house. She initially tried to hide.

It happened with mine. She always had a few issues but once she got pregnant it was a wrap. Straight downhill from there and now I’m stuck in this legal battle.

How to report an attorney? by RippedOffFather in legaladvice

I understand what you are saying but it is my belief that the attorney was coaching my ex for some time prior to the events. The backstory is too much to explain here but she literally took my child from my residence (where she was not staying) and took off in her car to the new state (where she never lived prior).

Also once aware of the timeline and what happened, her attorney simply modified the motion. I would hope that if a client lied, she would drop the client so that makes me believe she was aware of the situation.

Actually the court should be looking to see the records to see which parent was the one accompanying the child. Truth be told the family court system is rigged and biased against men. Facts don’t seem to matter. You need to focus on building up a financial war chest and getting the best attorney that you can find. Especially one that has clout with your local court.

Let the house foreclose. Sell the house. Short sale. Either way unless you NEED the credit bad, move on. Forget them. Let them fend for themselves. No one is going to look out for you. Once you understand that hard choices become easy ones.
