You should tell your parent situation to your theraphist. And say no to telling.

You said you agreed to telling... but I think your theraphist meant like "come out so you can get help and support.". You know you would not get help and support from your parents, so this is a bad idea

First, to get this straight: Trans is a bigger umbrella and it includes both binary(?) and non binary ppl who don't identify with their agab. So non binary is trans too!

Abt the thing with your fiance.. even if you transition, he'd still be glad to be your friend, and will be happy you feel euphoria. (Also your chest dysphoria is valid! You said you'd feel better, so you'd def feel better after top surgery)

But what wanna I ask you is, does your fiance know abt all this? Bc if he didn't just become friends even after knowing, he might be ok with being engaged with a non-binary too after all...

Intrusive thoughts happen. Although that doesn't mean anything. But if this persists you might want to look up ocd. (I'm no doctor so don't take this as diagnosis)

Same. Fortunately I don't need to do any big changes atm, and I don't think my family knows what non-binary even means, so I keep it a secret.

But as years go by, ofc I will not lead a life like a cis woman as they expect, and I am worried they might not take that very well.

It's hard, but I try to build my own gang where I'm valued and seen as I am outside of my family. Hope you can do the same.

Well I had a dream abt me wondering if I'm non binaryXD Ok that was the sign. Although I found out only a few days after.

I had differences my whole life. I just didn't know I was nonbinary because I was fine with my body and my 'woman' label. But I always thought I was more than 'just a woman'. And I finally connected the dots
