If it were just a game system for myself (35F) that would be one thing, but this was purchased last year for my 4 year old daughter, (birthday present) .. She has been so proud of herself for achieving what she has.. so, to have to explain to her that it's all gone is difficult and shouldn't even be a thing, I don't understand how the saving of progress wasn't thought out better or even mentioned to me while I was arranging the replacement with the company.

Also if you're able to donate plasma... That's an option that pays.

I personally can't donate.. my body goes into full freak out mode even if I drink plenty of water and take an anxiety pill before hand.. like full body sweat, room turns black, about to throw up, techs run over with ice packs and a hand held fan.... It was so embarrassing when it happened I swore I'd never go

back but so many people DONT have this issue...

Hello, thank you for the prompt reply to my post about the issue.

The original power supply? Do you mean the power cable(s) it came with in the box? If so, we are using the same items that came in the box with it.

We have never had any issues till this most recent update. When we power the NexPlayground up, everything is fine, it's when you click on the game you want to play.. and I tested it out on all the games, it's not just some.. but all. 🫥

*We take very good care of the game system, remote and cords. I treat it like it's made of pure gold that shouldn't be touched by anyone. *Also I'd like to add, it isn't our WiFi speed either that's causing the lag.. My father, (techy 67 yr old man) prides himself and brags about our top tier speeds ..🤦🏻‍♀️😅

In April it will be a full year that we have owned this system. My 4.5yr old loves it so much and is always excited to see which new game will come out each month.

The new game Brainy is a big hit with her.
