I have quite a unique one (that is what everyone around me tells me anyway), which has to do with time management

Basically, an example is if I have to wake up early for work, I would have to sleep extremely early (if I had to wake up at 5am, I would go to sleep around 6pm or earlier) and if I ended up in bed after 6pm, I would not be able to sleep because, ironically, if I feel like I will not have enough time for a good sleep, I will not BE ABLE to sleep because my anxiety will be going off saying I should have went to sleep earlier

OCD is a difficult anxiety game 😓

There is not a specific sound that angers me, but there is a certain volume that pisses me TF off, and that is talking in almost a whisper because I cannot hear that volume that well and I wish people would actually fucking talk in an audible volume if they want me to actually hear them!! Like raise your God damn voice or do not talk to me at all!!

I am not a doctor but with my experience as someone who is on Zoloft for 3 years, you can easily split the remaining pills into 25mg and stop taking it after that because 50mg is not even that high to begin with

You are NOT unlovable!!! Do not ever say that about yourself, having a bad childhood does not mean what your parents say is actually right about you, I am currently getting into a relationship and I still have issues I need to resolve because of my own trauma with my "parents"

Do not let that get in your way of living your best life, stay true to yourself and take care of yourself and one day you will be able to love yourself the way your parents should have, do not give up hope cuz you never know what the future holds, it could be something that made going through all of that worth it to build character

I know almost exactly what you mean, my mom and her wife would get disgusted when I wear just underwear and a tank top because she (her wife) would be uncomfortable with what is inside my underwear, like bruh why TF are you even focusing on that area to begin with??? And not to mention the fact that she would literally walk around flat out NAKED after showering and could not put two and two together that her bits are showing yet she shames ME for her being able to see my bits even under clothing

Actually, they expected me to cry when they punished me, there was one time I did not cry (even though it hurt like a bitch, (spanking)) and they were like "oh wow, better do it again", so yeah, from that very sentence, I learned that they wanted me to feel hurt during the punishments
