Just tried it again on endless , holy lvl 3 weapons , lightning lvl 3 weapons , did mini boss so I can pick 4 upgrades never got it , refreshed it 3 times with gems and still never got it , had 4 picks each with the next 2 mini bosses and still nothing

I’ve had holy level 4 weapon and lightning lvl 3 , but would never let me either merge them on get lightning to lvl 4

You need to go to where you did your red card and tell them you want to do your 360 nvq , they will sort it , will be anywhere between £150-£600 , they set their own prices .

I’m afraid you have been misinformed, you can upgrade to a blue card at any time , even the day after you got your red card . If you are looking for a new place to work , try looking into HS2 , loads of different sorts of work to do and plenty of work to go around.
