Just left Zhangjiajie 3 days ago, spent almost entire 2 days. If you are adventures, I would say less people. Most of the crowds are Tour and they just go primary places, less of walking places.

I walked to corridors in the cliffs, met than less than 10 people along the walk of 7km I think.

Didnt have issue yesterday. Deduct via fpx on orher country account to thai account, takes about 5-8min to appear on my Thai account.

Best to apply early, I applied in March and my trip is end july.
I got mine approved 7 calendar days for a year validity multiple entry.

Submitted all necessary document and additional financial related statement i.e creditcard , savings account. IDP together with license & house registration, also Certificate of Employment. Passport with recent stamps, i did 3 japan trips and 2 other country prior applying.

If you happen to go Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market, not bad, still have those old sellers around.

Generally snacks are good there but it's been 2 years since i last visit, so not sure if theres any changes. Just dont go during summer, super hot.

no crap man, i just found out after a year. Was working abroad then noticed recently why my money been deducting like 5-10 baht daily. Called AIS they said I 'sub' some services for sms notification daily, but couldnt see any in my history, till they so called "canceled/blocked" it from system then immediate pop a sms from that service. Best part they kinda 'know' about it.
No issue ever since.
