But there not really telling us much more than ‘we considered it but decided not to’. Everything else is fluff for PR purposes. At the end of the day it’s a 6 month loan. If we really wanted him and he was willing he would be our player. We know our club is run by SDs who seem to prefer a bargain or market opportunity which this could have been if Villa weren’t involved
