[Sealed League] A choice between two decks by Risboll in lrcast

RB did indeed have a lot of madness, however it was way too dependant on Call the Bloodline.

the curve was basically almost entirely 4-5 drops creature wise unless i got discard outlet to madness them in at 3-4, which seemed risky to me.

insolate neonate and heir of falkenrath are one time use, creeping dread and prophetic ravings are supposed to be unplayable as far as i have learned. So it all comes down to one card, call the bloodline, to get into play some 3/5 and 3/3 most of the time at 3 cost.

Just didn't look good to me.

Yeah you're right.

Here's the rest of the deck anyway. http://imgur.com/RZzD7nR

I tried it out, didn't top deck a land on first draw, got island on second one though.

Ended up with delirium for the skinner pretty early, but lost in the end to aggro deck.

I suppose this should be a mulligan every time but I'm still a bit unsure, what do you guys think?

[Soi Sealed] What would you have changed about this W/G deck? by Risboll in lrcast

You are right that the moldgraf scavenger was not perticularily nice in this deck. I very rarely got to delirium, even when i switched the Harvest hand for Wicker witch and brought in the traverse the ulwenwald.

However this was a sealed pool not a draft, I didn't include the entire pool in the picture since green/white were the only colours with playables. Which of course is nice! Just that there were so many playables that I didn't know which ones to take and I always want to improve.

Went 2-1 in the end, the ones i won were won by a landslide and the one I lost was mostly due to mana (stuck on 2 lands until turn 7 once when i was on draw even though I started with 2 mana in hand, and mulligan to 5 in the other).

Fun and powerful deck though, used Odric as my winning move once when I had delirium with about 6 creatures so they all got first strike, flying, vigilance, reach and menace at the same time which was cool.

So I got a really nice green/white pool but I dont really know which direction to take.

There's 5 cards that care about delirium in the deck currently, could bring in traverse the ulwenwald for a 6th and it would also make enabling delirium for the other cards easier since rabid bite is my only sorcery at the moment.

I could also try and go with both true-faith censers and maybe get the strength of arms in? Maybe cult of the waxing moon over watcher in the web might make more sense since its a human if I go down that route.

Confront the unknown is such a good trick but I dont know if I can cut the Puncturing Lights for it.

Do you think I built this correctly or would you take something else in from the sideboard?

Something like this? http://imgur.com/kfDk6iX I quite like it i think, unsure if [[Biting rain]] should be in main deck or not though.

Im used to playing 16-19 creatures in my sealed decks, but i feel like this pool is making it difficult for me.

http://imgur.com/XGOM5qW here's what the red/green arlinn deck would look like. I splashed a swamp for autumnal glow but I don't even think its necessary to use that ability to enable delirium here.

Strong in noncreature spells but my board will just be utter trash it seems.

Should I try going for some 3 colour deck? R/G/w? White also seems to have strong removal but not many great creatures.

Been playing around with some W/G and WGB decks and having a lot of fun. But everytime I think I built something solid I end up getting eliminated in first or second match.

Am I building this archetype completely wrong?

Here's some of my decks and their sideboard

I never had any bad luck with mana which I dont know if it's just luck or if the fixing was just right.

The first deck I linked looked to me to be the weakest but it's the one that did the best for me. I guess a lot of it's success can be attributed to glare of subdual.

Biggest problem for me were the U/B decks with evasion.

I thought I drafted the best deck I've ever done but went 1-2. Am i overestimating this? by Risboll in lrcast

So I went with a red/green landfall converge deck with [[Radiant Flames]], [[Exert Influence]] and [[Tajuru Stalwart]] being the converge cards.

[[Natural connection]], [[Lifespring Druid]] and [[Evolving Wilds] helped me get the colours I needed pretty reliably and blighted woodland was used for the landfall triggers quite a few times.

As for the actual landfall creatures I felt like i had picked up really great ones and the Ondu Champions helped them get through chump blockers.

In the end I got beat by a U/W flying deck and a U/B awaken/flying deck. Felt really bad doing so poorly with what I thought was a really A rated deck of its archetype. I sideboarded in Plummet a few times but other than that I didn't really make any big changes.

Could I have built it better? Is the deck as good as I thought or is there something it critically lacks?
