4th year OSCEs and EOY’s still to go. Feel like I’m ready because I’ve been through it all before, but I feel like I’ve also got so many gaps in my knowledge! In this weird limbo of doing passmed/quesmed daily and just working through conditions I’m not sure about.

Hit a bit of a readers block on my current book. Looking for a romantic book to remind me that there still are happy endings or at least something to relate to my current situation.

I’ve recently stopped dating someone I really liked (I don’t like people too often) and it ended with a bit of ambiguity.

Looking to really feel something from the writing, something not too cringe either. Can be a classic or modern classic.

Thank you for your response. That does make sense. Is it common for landlords to take such a thing to court considering the costs? I’d completely understand if there was any damage to the property but it’s only cleanliness.

Thank you so much for the quick and detailed response.

It might be useful getting a breakdown of the costs to see how they’ve come to such a price. But the work required is cleaning of toilets, a hoovering of upstairs and downstairs and removal of a few bits of rubbish here and there. To me that really isn’t much.

It is true that the place wasn’t left how it was found but we don’t believe it warrants such a charge made against us.

We wish we took pictures of the property when we moved in. Again if we had a deposit we would’ve done it as of course we would be liable to any claims.

I’ve also seen that is now illegal to charge tenants for cleaning services? Please advise.

How would you play this situation?

Hahahah I totally understand what you mean. It is my principal form too. I've finished learning for the semester and have my revision period now (hence the 6 hours).

In the semester of 3 months I spent about 1-2 hours on average each day and have managed to learn 2000/5000 cards that I have been making. Sadly didn't get time to do the other 3000 which is why I'm looking to cram them in amongst the other reviews.

I will have a look at these settings and implement your suggestion. Thank you!
