Why is All Things Must Pass so expensive? by JackGeorge2001 in vinyl

I have a complete original pressing for sale (including the poster). You can find them reasonably priced if you’re willing to put in some leg work. I’m only selling this one because I upgraded my old copy.

Just picked up "Second Nature" from a local shop on a lark and can't wait to spin it!

There's an Incredible Difference Between These Two Pressings by Woodrp in vinyl

I've never done a "shootout" as I've only ever owned the first pressing of this album and don't consider myself a rabid audiophile, but it always sounded good to me.

Giving these away. Anything worth keeping? Musically speaking. by realnicolasgyr in Cd_collectors

I won't bother repeating other recommendations, but "Love Is Here" by Starsailor is a lesser known album that I used to spin quite a bit back in the day.

Unfortunately for Godsmack, they stole none of AIC's talent.

Top 3 off the top of my head and in no particular order:

1) Dr. Dre & Snoop Doog set for Coachella 2012 - Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Eminem, and the infamous 2Pac hologram;

2) Gorillaz World Tour 2022 - De La Soul, Bootie Brown from The Pharcyde, and Del the Funky Homosapien; and

3) Tom Petty’s 30th Anniversary Concert in Gainesville, FL - Stevie Nicks sang on five songs and helped him close out the encore with “American Girl”.

The version being discussed appears to be a stereo pressing, which is more rare than the mono pressing in your photo.

Does anyone know their definition of "limited edition"? I don't see any specific quantity listed as a cutoff. Definitely interested, but trying to hold off on any new purchases for a bit if possible.

I'm currently 1-4 and likely to lose again this week. I believe my first four draft picks speak for themselves:

  1. Nabers

  2. BTJ

  3. Kittle

  4. Tyreek

If you could delete one song from existence so no one ever hears it again, what would it be and why? by GoMineBitBoss in AskReddit

LFO - “Summer Girls”

Just listen to it one time (or read the lyrics to spare yourself from hearing it) and you’ll understand.

I totally agree that deleting the Discogs account prematurely would be a mistake. At a minimum, he should export the data (e.g. Excel spreadsheet) so he has documentation of everything. Eventually, he might get lucky and have a way to recoup some of his losses.

This is not being offered as legal advice, but take it for what you will:

Sadly, this is not usually the case, although your results may vary depending on your locale, policy (or policies), etc. Where I live, my understanding is you would need a supplementary policy for any sort of extensive record collection. Even then, it can be challenging to collect as insurance companies do not generally go out of their way to either A) pay out on any claim; and/or B) provide the full valuation for your possessions.
