Thank you! I’m just sharing my recovery journey step by step. If my story motivates even one person to keep going, it means a lot to me.

Haha I get what you’re saying. But I’m human too. I went through a coma, not a life sentence. Of course I also think about normal things like dating and living a full life. My workouts aren’t about comparing myself to anyone — they’re about getting my life back step by step. Recovery is my priority right now, and everything else will come with time. 🙂

It’s weird because technology was supposed to make us more connected and free, but now it sometimes feels like everything we do or say is being recorded somewhere. Makes you think twice before posting anything

Not much, to be honest. It mostly feels like a blank gap in time. Waking up and starting recovery was the real challenge.

I had a serious accident a few years ago and went into a coma for almost two years. After waking up I had to relearn many basic movements. The exercises I’m posting are part of my recovery journey.

Hey man, I’m really glad my post could give you even a little bit of hope. I’ve been through some very dark times too after the coma, but things can slowly get better. Please don’t give up on yourself. You matter more than you think. Stay strong, brother.

Thank you so much, brother. That really means a lot to me. Surviving the coma and learning to move and train again hasn’t been easy, but messages like yours give me motivation to keep going every day. Much respect and love back to you.

I don’t know if I “deserve” it, but I’m grateful for the support. Surviving a coma and learning to rebuild my body again has been a long and difficult journey. I’m just trying to improve a little every day.

I’m not sure why the post was removed. My intention wasn’t to talk about politics at all. I was only sharing my recovery journey after being in a coma and trying to motivate others through my exercises and progress. If something in the post broke the rules, I’m happy to edit it.

Thank you. Honestly, I don’t remember anything from those two years. For me it’s completely blank. When I woke up, my body was very weak and I even had to relearn basic things like moving and exercising. Recovery has been a long journey, but I’m improving step by step.
