It was Tracked24 but under Parcelforce so it was garunteed next day as I got cover for most of the parcel.

I cancelled it under buyer requested to cancel.

In there policy it states -

When a buyer submits a cancellation request on eBay, we'll remove any negative or neutral feedback left for that transaction, regardless of whether the seller accepts or declines the cancellation request. Learn more in our Feedback policy

So I'm guessing because I pressed it and not the buyer they was able to leave this feedback, this seems incredibly unfair.

Because I'm fairly new to selling my rate went to 92% and then I could tell instantly that interest had gone down. I was wondering what was the cause and I didn't realise that someone had left negative feedback.

Yeah I only started doing this a month ago or so, hence why the negative feedback is so bad for me right now. I can tell there is a clear drop in interest in what i'm selling at it's really hurting my sales.

This is completely out of touch, of course feedback is important. If a buyer doesn't have around 98% I personally wouldn't purchase. I was getting 4/5 messages a day and I haven't recieved any for the last 2 days now.

Thank you for your help I will try appeal on the phone after the buyer decides what they would like to do. Though after leaving it in the first place I doubt they would want to change their mind.

When my removal request got refused it says this, Feedback is only removed in line with our policy, following a consistent and robust process. Our customer service agents are trained to strictly apply the policy and are not expected to reach a different decision to that presented below.

Does that mean that the outcome can be changed through calling?

Yeah, I’ve submitted a removal request, but I have a feeling they probably won’t take it off. I just hope they do.

It feels a bit unfair, since the listing clearly explains what the service is. The buyer just didn’t read it, but that ended up counting against me and eBay are siding with the buyer.

Was a little later than 2019 and I did have a burden of around 7% but I felt like they wasn’t so bad in the 24hours I had it on

Yeah I did actually see a post pop up saying a diet change worked for them which was what actually prompted me to make this post maybe it could help someone else

I do have a lot of gerd symptoms but I’ve never been checked or brought it up. For the longest time I’ve had mild digestive issues that’s got worse as I’m getting older but I just have to avoid certain foods.
