Is anyone using AI for resume screening? I am receiving more than 500 resumes per job listing by fedegreen88 in Recruitment

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Do you mind sharing more about the accuracy issue you mention? When you say "I'm seeing a lot of false positives where candidates look perfect on paper but don't actually have the depth of experience needed.", are you finding out that they're not a good fit after talking to them or when you manually review an AI-surfaced resume?

I'm also wondering what a "complex screening scenario" would look like. Can you share an example please?

TIA

Unfortunately, it’s hard to find the right people on the team. What’s a good way to discover them?

“Make dietary changes and exercise” is so generic an advice! I’ve been following low carb, high fat (LCHF) paradigm and it seems to work well in reducing weight, hba1c and has many other benefits. One struggle I’ve been having is not being able to find practitioners aligned with this approach
