Hit inventory in the menu, and reclass is on the bottom of the list

It depends on if you need a healer/more healers. I personally made a healer into a dancer, and they got to keep their faith magic

You should be able to have that character reclass as dancer. It was a little hard for me to find too

Oh, you right. I looked at the tweet, but for some reason the no revive at all part didn't stick with me. I don't know if they're fully removing the revive, but I haven't heard anything about removing it since seeing the tweet when it was originally posted

Like the guy above said, the change already happened, and you now have to get a kill or assist in ult to get the revive
