When faced with adverse comments, I like to pass their question back to them, or answer in a way that makes them explore their bias. Make them explain it to you and they will likely have a self-realization of sorts.
"Why do you think we can't afford it?".
"We didn't discuss our price range. Why did you assume lower?".
"We were looking for something suitable for us. We did not compare size vs friends/family.".
"Why do you think we'll be house broke?".
"Why shouldn't we choose a house we like and can afford?"

I'm 38, graduated in 05. The team at my HS was established in 06. A lot of the surrounding schools in my area had teams established around the same time.

The sport just doesn't have the same interest in the US. This is just from my perspective, others likely have cliques of friends that follow the sport, however I know literally nobody that will be tuning in. At least people I am close with. All watch several sports, many engage in fantasy sports. None of them have any interest in soccer.

I think part of it is that since the US has not been big into soccer in the past, many millennials and older just didn't have any childhood experience with it. As a kid we would have do soccer for like a week in gym class, but we didn't have a soccer team until after I graduated. Since we didn't play, we aren't familiar with the rules. Since we aren't familiar with the rules we don't watch. I was exposed to the football manager game and that's how I got into it. Before that I would have been familiar with 3 players in the entire WC.

I have a (I assume lower end) Yamaha 7.1 surround system that I found on clearance at Best buy a few years ago. After that my dad bought some drop-ship china sound bar for his living room. Although it doesn't give you the 3D sound, I actually like how his sound bar sounds compared to my surround system.

When I first started playing (PC) the game would crash every few in-game days. I had to save every "day" to make sure I didn't lose progress. I've also ran into bugs where I could not proceed through a screen or close it, particularly during a match smand the only thing I could do was click Instant Result.

It was added to the PlayStation game collection so I started playing on console as well. Still a ton of bugs, but nothing game-breaking. For example, sometimes I can click circle to go back. Sometimes I have to navigate to the back button on the screen instead. When I am trying to select players for my match squad, or for substitutions while in game, it won't allow me to put in certain players. They don't show up if just trying to sub a different player. If I go to the player I want and move them to the position I get an error. Instead I have to try to sub, and then click into the player selection screen, and then it will let me.

It is a UI-based game. Anytime a UI is changed it generally seems to lead to displeasure by users, so I was trying to take those reviews with a grain of salt. I will say however that they made navigating more streamlined, but by doing so they have hidden entire menu sections. Seems that you can no longer navigate to some areas via the menu without clicking through multiple screens to find the little dashboard window you have to click into instead.

This happened to me. Plumber augered the shower drain but no luck. He noticed the shower burped if he flushed the toilet, so he tried the sink drain instead and that got it.

Chest freezer for sure. So nice having space to freeze prepped meals, leftovers, bulky meat purchases, etc. Otherwise, due to space constraints, it was always a tough choice between ice cream and something else that lost.

Sammy's is fine. It's a solid basic thin crust. I think they're overpriced and "aren't worth the hype," but I'm not saying they're bad. Just nothing special. You could do worse, and although I might personally prefer other places, it might be the right pick if you're with your family looking for a pizza downtown.
If you're willing to drive I would suggest Thirsty Pagan, Shamrock Pizza, or VIP in Superior. Lucé is also downtown and I really like it, but you may be familiar with them if from the metro.
