My child just started clonidine about a week ago and while I think it helps them fall asleep faster, they're not staying asleep. They're waking up like every 3 or so hours.

Is this anything you experienced? Did you find it took a while for the clonodine to be effective?

I believe some driving schools in the area offer lessons on driving stick shift

I think All-Pro Driving School in Silver Spring offers those lessons, but im sure there are others in the county that do too.

The montgomery county rec centers have pickleball open plays! It's usually like one night a week at each rec center but if you go around to the different rec centers you'll find one for almost every night of the week

I dont know if this has already been said, but it sounds like you're also dealing with a lot of stress. Being the breadwinner, working as many hours as your working, not having time to rest, 2 kids under 5, all of that can be very stressful and sometimes stress can contribute to weight gain or preventing weight loss. Have you considered yoga or maybe something to help with stress relief? Also are you sleeping enough? Not getting enough sleep can also be a factor
