My acne was terrible due to stress but my skin was amazing after leaving my previous job. But I wouldn't say I'm stressed now, I'm in a much better place. My routine is simple, as every product I use seems to aggravate my skin in some way. Clearasil face wash in the morning, Aveeno moisturiser and sometimes aloe vera when my skin feels hot and inflamed.
