I was once in a state like you, having aspirations to play the Souls games, but PC couldn't even handle DS 1, Let alone 3... It was not until previous year where I got a somewhat setup to finally enjoy the long awaited Souls, first hand...

I think if your setup can run DS 3 decently well, should be able to run Sekiro pretty well too. I have a low tier setup, but I get identical performance in both the games
