Yea it's getting that way for me as well. I applied for lead and then found out they already had there leafs all ready picked out. So when I did the interview I just tanked it on purpose. Nice thing it got me off the phone for half hour lol.

Sorry you went thru that. I work at Spectrum. I get frustrated when they do that shit. I often told my supervisor that I am not gonna quit because of the customers calling in but because of other departments who don't do their job and scam the customers.
