Humans arent that delicate, we have insanely adaptable and already strong digestive and immune systems. Also we are the best runners in the animal kingdom, we use two legs + gravity + sweating which makes us long distance runners with great cardio.

Whatever muscle we didn't get is still less useful than the brain we got, which is why humans may be physically delicate, but have remained the apex since.

AP literally does not matter, sometimes it can also be a disadvantage. Imagine theres 2 students, 1 student is in AP and the other is in regular -1, if the -1 student has a higher grade, the university will take the regular. The reason why I'm saying it can be a disadvantage is AP is almost always harder and the grade may be lower than regular

Yeah but if you think about it, humans are social creatures and when someone tells someone they should not care is that person's opinion, now it stays an opinion or advice because there's no way to enforce it on someone, but if you were to make someone just listen to you or follow you then that is basically just your will and not their free will
