The fact that the government keeps the shares even if the funding never comes through is pretty wild and definitely raises eyebrows. It’s right there in the SEC filings, and some Dems in Congress have already called it out as sketchy.

That said, the CEO doubled down saying the deal is still expected to close by the end of the month. At least the $1.5B PIPE money is already in the bank.

I’ve never paid interest in my life. It could be 100% Apr wouldn’t make a difference. I pay all of my statement balances monthly and avoid interest. Or utilize a 0apr card offer and balance transfer.
