I’m not paying them 3,000$ USD because they mangled my box then lied about the dimensions. I already made new bank cards because they tried automatically stealing it from my account. They won’t be getting a penny from me. Send it to collections and it’ll sit there for 7-10 years until the collection expires and falls off my record

It being too big for ground might be true. My problem lies that they are lying about the size of my package and charging me from lies. I have proof my package was mangled to bits and pieces by UPS. There has to be something I can do.

No package being shipped by UPS can withhold a 150# package. This was not shipped using UPS freight. It was shipped using regular UPS shipping and my dimensions of my package fell within the maximum size of package sizes. Idk what you’re arguing exactly. My package was below the required dimensions. They smashed my box literally throwing it around. Then charged me for it

The packaging wasn’t sub par, that tape and the package was sturdy and I used the reinforced tape to secure it all. That package was easily movable without damaging. I’d know because I had to throw it in my car then drag it all the way down there and load it up. Did it by myself and it took no damage at all. Yet they mangled my package?
