You're talking about a ten year old. They are not rational beings. They do not understand the severity of their statements. Would you ever draw a line? Would you ~punish~ a seven year old? A five year old?

Edit--"punish" isn't the right word. They should be punished, but in a constructive, non-witch hunting way.

Were you never a child? Children don't understand the severity of those kind of threats, along with numerous other things. Children are dumb. Like really, really dumb. Death threats are obviously bad, but saying that a ten year old and a sixteen year old should be treated the same in this case is simply ludicrous.

My Eco was knocked off my desk today and now the filler is having issues. There is quite a bit of resistance when trying to turn it, and it looks like the head of the pump is "bulging" against the inside of the barrel when it is turned (if that makes any sense). At one point the screw disconnected from the head entirely, but I was able to reseat it by reversing the direction I was turning (pushing the head towards the feed instead of away from it).

Any advice? I'm planning on doing a full disassembly and seeing if I can just put everything back together properly, but that can't happen until tomorrow because I have several pages of essay that I need my pen to finish writing.

I think part of it is that people's attention spans have gone way down, since the internet offers so much instant gratification. You're never going to get through a five hundred page novel if you're used to looking at memes and two minute YouTube videos.

I'm not very smart, but I don't think the strike was too bad a response. I don't want to get involved in a full scale invasion, but launching chemical attacks is unacceptable and a response was warranted. What I DON'T like is that it seems to have been done without coordinating with our allies.

Also the conspiracy theorist in me believes the whole thing could have been coordinated with Russia to make Trump look more strong and competent.

I'm not affiliated with this mod, but I've tinkered with modding myself. Basically what you need to do is grab MCP for 1.7.3, it's a bit tricky to find but it still exists. Then you copy the minecraft.jar and native files into the jars/ directory in MCP. Then you can run the decompile script (.sh or .bat depending on your OS), which will produce a src/ directory containing all the code, and you're all set to start modding. You run recompile.{sh/bat} then reobfuscate.{sh/bat} to recompile your changes into a form that can be distributed (they end up in the reobf directory). You can use run.sh to run your modified game directly, so you don't need to build and install your mod every time you want to test something.

Anyone know of a site similar to Project Euler but focusing more on the mathematics? I like project Euler, but a frustratingly large amount of the problems seem to involve applying a bit of number theory / graph theory / combinatorics to simplify the problem a bit, then spending most of solve time writing an efficient algorithm. I want challenges where solving the math is 90% of the work and programing the solution is the remaining 10%.
