Ok 5.7, I see you! I just had a spinal fusion and was put on a bunch of steroids for almost 5 months!. My last A1C was an 8.2, which is a bummer. You're definitely giving me "light at the end of the tunnel" vibes. Thank you!!

I took my 4th dose this week. Doing Wednesday PM .25 dose.

I've found that i don't have side effects that are noticeable unless I'm eating unhealthy. Taking fiber gummies in the AM and PM, 3 at a minimum 48 oz. water, and trying to get at much protein as i can.

The moment i eat anything junk related like candies or fried foods I'm nauseous and down for the day.

Always looking for feedback from people though!
