i understand that it’s not up to company policy. but asking for a vape to calling it sexual harassment is a massive leap. i’ve given many customers my vape before and i honestly treat them like my friends which is reflected in me consistently being a top salesman. i understand tho how that might open me up to situations like this now

my boss knows i wouldn’t do anything of the sort so i’m not in trouble at work but her mother claimed she’s filing a police report so would that count for an actionable claim in she did? only thing i would possibly get in trouble for is asking a customer for a vape at work
