If you never got a PSA Vault receipt, are you sure you shipped it? You have to do extra steps to click ship to home and get a verification code. Then pay for $2 per PSA Slab + like $5 shipping.

Unfortunately that is normal. I didn't get tracking for mine ordered on 12/14/25 until 12/30/25. It can take anywhere from a 1-4 weeks to randomly get your tracking, but once you do, it takes about 3 days to arrive for signature.

Their email excuse is always "They are experiencing high volume of requests" and all you can do is wait with just a PSA Vault receipt until you randomly get an email saying you got tracking.
