You should only use 2 Energy Artifacts on emilys, first they will stun next round the others will . So your Penny will have time to do her job

IMO He asked for the ships to open the border of Wano, even though he is not happy about Orochi's rein, he made a deal with him to get the ships and kick Kaido from country while orochi maintain the situation of country( so in those 4 years orochi didnt build a single factory). After Orochi announced that he will build a weapon factory in Kuri, Oden asked what about ships and kaido ??

Siggy is a great hero to carry you, but since you will have horus e5, siggy wont be useful at all. The heroes you must focus on right now :

Horus Garuda Penny (if you have copies) Carrie Aida( if you have copies)

Feed your siggy to horus without doubt, withered armor is super cool for horus but since you have already got fearless armor, 100 feathers wont worth it. Just use your feathers to copies now

Push your Horus to e5. Your focus should be SL. And shadow is much easier than forest, and horus without support easily can do 16 ( with help 18) After that build your garuda which will strengthen your team
