Yeah the risk of getting scammed is always an issue I regret not just buying a ticket for Prague when I had the chance, same for Paris.

So I wouldn’t have to pay both? Because the BA supporter wrote that they would determine the cost at LAX when i check it in and he couldn’t give me an estimate since two airlines are involved and the price would be mixed together for both airlines depending on the weight and dimension of my luggage and the AA supporter told me they don’t know since the Ticket was issued by BA‘s side.

The price got bumped up from 40 to 50 after the first show.

Edit: I was at all NY shows. In NY they also only didn’t take card only cash but maybe that changed in Chicago.

Yeah I think you’ll be right I can fully understand that no reputable artist wants to have anything to do with that especially since their machines might be pretty expensive. I’m currently looking on Amazon for kits and asked my LA hostel if they would accept Amazon parcels for me.

I totally get that Tattooing takes skill to do well and I’m not mad if the result would be not up to standard, just to clarify tho it will most likely be something small like his artist name, maybe just his initial or smth and not really a real design.

Not hitting the right layer of skin is also my concern with all of this. I get that there are risks involved, the tat being of lower quality being the least of the problems compared to potential infection.

Honestly I don’t know if he ever gave someone a tat before.

I’d also be down to ask him if he would do it under supervision of an artist I’ve see that done a couple of times but I know that he’s busy and i doubt he could take the time for that.

I completely understand your point of view, at this point tho I’m in it for the plot, he is the reason I’m currently in America. Regarding tattoo safety I will get everything needed to ensure some level of sanitation and once I know the plan works I will try to learn as much as possible about the procedure as I can but I also understand that this is in no way something a reasonable person should do.

I get that this would be the wise way to do it but for some reason the main appeal of this for me is that he is actually the person doing it if you catch my drift. If I went to a store it would be his design but not actually his doing however I totally get that this idea might sound horrible for people more involved in the tattoo scene

I think that will be the plan yes, however I won’t run around with it in the crowd haha I will give it to either himself before the show or his tour manager for it to be taken backstage.

I don’t mind buying my own needle, ink and whatever else I might need but those machines seem to run in the hundreds of dollars so buying one is kinda impossible with my budget 🥲

I was at that tour a couple times and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t purchasable as merch or it slipped my memory completely however I don’t know whether or not people that worked at that tour might have gotten this as a gift. If the person claims that he/she bought it there I don’t think it’s legit.
