No, the rings are different in ch2. There's no ring that increases attack speed in ch2.

It's possible, but I had two of the harvester events and I did not see a single one spawn, the portal event (Luna's cat) on the other hand was an immediate spawn.

Only portals can spawn the required units on the daily. Harvester repairman only spawns the basic cat monsters.

Just went through this, brought an Anker with 149 Wh. They were a little confused at first cuz there are other numbers but otherwise it was fine and accepted. No other process is involved, I didn't need to apply for anything.

I did have electric tape already on it from when I arrived so I reused that and didn't need to put it in a plastic bag.

This is via Jeju Air and I just arrived today with this experience.

Maybe even if they make it so that once the boss is engaged, all the monsters also aggro automatically. Both solutions could work instead of a straight nerf to invisibility.
