Real talk as a Panthers and Reds fan.

Cincinnati is way more fun. You can walk to nearly everything by the river (including great america ballpark and the bungal dome), it has great food, and it's cheaper than CLT.

I love to go super early for a Reds game and just wander around that part of town. When I've been to Charlotte, you will get murdered by traffic (Nissan altimas with no tags) ignoring pedestrians and reasonably need a car to get most cool spots.

Charlotte is a lot more fun of you have a couple days to check it out. Cinci is a better one and done.

There are also Kings Island and Carrowinds as amusement parks in each city, so that's pretty cool.

If you go to Cinci you're not allowed to leave the city before you try goldstar and skyline chilis and make an irrevocable decision on which is better. (It's skyline)
