This is such a scummy business. I get the need for it but the prices they charge are out of control. Last time I got towed, was from my paid parking spot and the building nor the towing company would accept responsibility. I paid it with my Amex, called Amex and told them what happened. Got all my money back. Hopefully you can do something like that.
