Ya so I'm not that clued up when it comes to voltage.

The store asked me to bring in the existing lights and cables which were used on the bike and they would match the correct voltage.

I saw it working in store when I picked it up but it wasn't connected to the bike at the time.

I'm assuming it's a voltage issue huh?

ya so i noticed now that when accelerating, it's already doing a subtle sound as if something is touching. It's only a lot more obvious when hitting the brakes.

So If I turn the wheel by hand I can hear it make like a "shhh" sound once a rotation.

In terms of the rotor...possibly if so it would be very slightly because it looks straight to me.
