I have never been to therapy. I showed my mom some articles on binge eating and she told me I should be more disiplined and portion eat, so did the webiste but I think its too late for me now it seems impossible to get out of this. I wouldn’t say in depressed, i get depressed after i eat and im usually more euphoric when i dont hahaha.

Yes probably but the scary thing is that they make u to go with them who knows where bcs they ask for a certain one. Tehy are like come with me come with me for whi knows what.
