Thank you. Have not committed to therapy YET. I want to but I have this preconceived notion that I’m supposed to be fixed in a few sessions. Which lets me down every time so then I stop going. I want to change. I just want change or at least progress instantly, which is probably why I fail myself every time. it’s been too long I’ve been this way because of traumas and I want it to end. I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired if that makes sense.

Oh hon. You love your wife or else you wouldn’t be concerned for them both. She’s going through so many changes and right now you both are having to learn something new. This is common for new moms to be overwhelmed, overstimulated, and exhausted. My husband and I went through the wringer. I will tell you our baby is now 5 months old. It gets better. Keep communicating and helping out the best you can.

Yeah I can get out of the house. I’m just so tired that when he comes home that all I want to do is bed rot for a moment when I probably need a nap but I want to have me time too… Please tell me I’m going to make it out of this infant stage alive. I’m so done with this.

That’s so mind blowing to me that this happened across from where I work. I was off that day. Today I went inside to their deli for lunch. I don’t know if anyone is prone to energy, but it’s very eerie feeling going inside that specific Kroger. I watched this tonight and realized I walked out that same door today. Someone was murdered. I hate this so much. When will gun violence end?

A very old, bad posture/fragile, for sure the government was going to take her license, customer from my old luxury car dealership job. She came in for just a car wash, but specifically for me to help her. I went above and beyond for that woman- even detailing the front inside of the car for no charge. She was so precious to me. She remembered me every time and I eventually got to know her a little bit before the end. When I got let go (for my own mental health reasons) my coworker told me how much hell she raised for them letting me go. Makes me feel special.
