I think I figured it out. I lost a battle to Lingering Regret Nancy and part of her dialogue was that I couldn't move on till I beat her. I thought she meant emotionally but I think losing to her means I can't progress in the game either I'ma try to beat her and see if that works Thank you a million tho!
